Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned if defective, damaged, or incorrect within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened consumables, perishable goods, and customized products cannot be returned.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  • Approved returns will be provided instructions for returning the product via courier or pickup.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product verification.

  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

Limitations

  • 8PM SHOP reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
